I took online prenatal yoga with Rathna and the experience was amazing. She took very good care of me and modified asanas that were suited for each stage of my pregnancy. She also explained all the steps with patience. Breathing exercises that she taught helped me to sleep better during my pregnancy as well. She motivated me to continue my practice till my delivery.
