Kids benefit from yoga practice just as much as adults do. Introducing them to the practice of yoga from a young age has enormous benefits for their physical, mental, and emotional health. It improves their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. It also helps to boost their concentration and build their focus. They learn to appreciate the quiet state of the mind, through breath awareness and relaxation techniques. We teach asanas, pranayamas, and relaxation techniques in easy-to-understand terms, in a non-competitive environment. They’ll also learn anatomy related to the asanas we practice and the Sanskrit names for them as well.
